Born from a family legacy that began more than a decade ago, we combine authentic flavors with modern experience design — delivering memorable hospitality rooted in culture, community, and craftsmanship.
Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur with deep operational ties to Taiwan, PHASE2 currently operates 15+ restaurant outlets across multiple award-winning brands, including 四四南村 Si Si Nan Cun, Grand Taipei, and House of Taipei. Our growth is built upon strong fundamentals: centralized production, operational efficiency, and deep brand-building capabilities.

Early Stages of Hospitality
The P.I.L Group developed and launched their first restaurant brand in Taiwan, Thai Town「瓦城泰國料理」in 1989, which marked the company’s official entry to the Food & Beverages industry. The restaurant performed extremely well and expanded to multiple locations within Taiwan. The results from the company’s first restaurant propelled their expansion, and with more investors joining the ride, The P.I.L Group was able to launch the following brands over the next decade:
